Well-Being Coaching
For professionals sustaining themselves through high-stakes roles, not just performing in them.
Well-Being Coaching is not stress management. It is not a set of habits to optimize. It is not one more thing to add to an already full life. It is the work of staying whole in a role that asks a great deal of you. Most people in high-stakes positions have learned to perform well-being. They know the language of balance, they have the routines, and they are still quietly running on reserves that never fully refill. That gap, between how you appear and how you actually are, is where this work begins. How you are is inseparable from how you lead. A depleted nervous system cannot make clear decisions, hold a difficult room, or stay open to the people who rely on you. Tending your own sustainability is not indulgence. It is the ground everything else stands on.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
This is one-to-one work, held virtually, over enough time for something to genuinely change. Most clients work with me across several months rather than a few sessions, because a sustainable relationship with pressure does not form quickly. The sessions themselves are unhurried. We pay attention to what is actually happening in your work and your body, not only the version you narrate in your calendar. Between sessions, you try small, specific experiments, and we keep what holds. In our work together, you will have space to: Notice the true cost of how you are currently operating, before it forces the issue. Recover your capacity for attention, rest, and presence under load. Build practices that fit your real life rather than an idealized one. Meet the demands of your role from steadiness instead of depletion. Reconnect with why the work mattered to you in the first place
WHO THIS IS FOR
This work is for senior leaders, founders, and professionals whose roles carry real weight, and who have started to wonder, quietly, how long they can keep this up. You may look successful by every external measure and still feel the cost mounting. You may be coming out of a stretch that took more than you expected to give. Or you may simply be someone who wants to lead from fullness rather than fumes, and who takes your own sustainability as seriously as you take your results. It is especially suited to people who are finished with surface-level advice and want to do this honestly, at the level of how they actually live and work.
WHAT SETS THIS WORK APART
I do not treat well-being as a soft supplement to serious work. I treat it as the discipline that makes serious work survivable. This is grounded, evidence-based coaching. It draws on what we understand about attention and the way the mind divides its focus, on the physiology of a regulated nervous system, and on the restorative power of awe, rest, and connection. But technique is never the point. The point is a way of working and living that you can sustain, over years, without losing the parts of yourself that made the work matter.
My background is not typical for this space. I hold the MCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, the highest the field offers, along with ESIA Senior Practitioner accreditation from the EMCC. I spent years as a practicing attorney before this work, and I have coached leaders across industries and countries. I understand the real pressures of high-stakes roles, and I will not hand you platitudes.
What most defines this work is presence. Who you are is how you lead, and the real coaching happens in the quality of attention between us, not in a worksheet. I bring rigor and warmth in equal measure, and I meet you as a whole person, not a performance to be optimized.
INVESTMENT
My fees are aligned with the market for credentialed, MCC-level coaching. I hold a small number of scholarship spots for clients where there is a genuine financial barrier. Please reach out directly to discuss.
