For leaders who are ready to do the deeper work.

Leadership at a high level is relentless. You are expected to be decisive, visible, calm, and forward-looking all at once, while managing complexity that has no precedent and people who need different things from you every day.

Most leaders I work with are not struggling because they lack skill or intelligence. They are struggling because they have never had a dedicated space to think. To reflect. To examine their assumptions and ask what is actually true.

That is what executive coaching provides.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE

We meet regularly in a structured, confidential coaching relationship. Sessions are focused, purposeful, and built around your specific goals and challenges. I bring deep attention, honest perspective, and an unwillingness to let you settle for the first answer when a better one is available.

I work through a simple structure I call the Three Lenses: presence (how you are showing up), governance (how you are making and owning decisions), and integration (how it all holds together over time). Over the course of our work, clients report sharper decision-making, greater ease in their leadership presence, improved relationships with their teams, and a clearer sense of what they actually want, not just what they are supposed to want.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Executive coaching may be right for you if: - You are a senior leader navigating transition, increased complexity, or a significant shift in role or scope - You want to lead with more intention and less reactivity - You are performing well by external measures but sense something important is missing - You want a thought partner who will challenge you, not just validate you - You are ready to look honestly at what is working and what is not

WHAT SETS THIS WORK APART

I bring more than a coaching framework. I bring years of experience as a practicing attorney, a deep grounding in positive psychology and evidence-based coaching practice, and the judgment that comes from working with leaders across industries and countries.

I hold the MCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, the highest the field offers, as well as ESIA Senior Practitioner accreditation from the EMCC. My clients are not coached by a generalist. They are coached by someone who has spent years developing mastery in this specific work.

INVESTMENT

My fees are aligned with the market for credentialed MCC-level coaching. I hold a small number of scholarship spots for clients where there is a genuine financial barrier. Please reach out directly to discuss.
